Fire in the chimney

In case of fire in the chimney

Chimney and chimney pipes

The fireplace/stove can be connected to a chimney or chimney pipe approved for solid fuel devices.

The transverse cross -section of the chimney should be equal to the transverse size of the chimney pipe. If the chimney cross -section is sufficient when calculating the correct chimney section, the device that works with a few times of fuel can be connected to the same chimney. The chimney connection should be made in accordance with the installation instructions of the chimney supplier. Before drilling a hole in the chimney, position the fireplace/ stove and the chimney hole in the chimney. Make sure that the chimney pipe is as inclined to the chimney. Use a flue pipe twist that is easy to delete. Note that it is particularly important that the connections have a certain flexibility to prevent movement that causes cracks in the installation.

Note. A correct and fully combined connection is very important for the proper operation of the product.
